RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Profitability (sales, mark up, write offs)
- Merchandising and display standards
- Managing and developing staff
- Completing the operational scorecards and KPA’s
- Purchasing and ensuring the stock levels are acceptable
- Responsible for overall implementation of any specials/promotions
- Manage customer service within the department
CRITERIA NEEDED:
- Retail experience essential
- Supervisory / management experience advantageous
- Passion for customer service and staff development
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels
- Sound retail business acumen and understanding the drivers of profitability
