Unitrans is seeking to employ an experienced Human Capital Administrator, who will be responsible for forming and maintaining employee records, updating databases internally, preparing and amending HR documents (i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides), assisting human resources staff in a variety of administrative duties, and handling staff queries regarding company benefits policy (e.g. pension, housing, medical aid, leave, and other benefits administration). The role may also involve documenting manpower planning and statistics.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: 4 year degree / NQF level 7
- Experience in a similar role: up to 3 years
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provident Fund withdrawals
- Death Claims
- Handling queries related to provident fund and medical aid
- Understanding National Bargaining Council agreements, salaries, and wages
- Liaising with families and beneficiaries
- Providing consultative services to all employees on HR practices
- Promoting continuous training and updates on HR processes
- Providing HR support and ensuring accessibility to all employees
