*Doctors Direct* have an exciting opportunity for a *SHO *to work with us at *North London Foundation Trust *in *Adult Psychiatry.*
We are looking for a doctor dedicated to, and passionate about, improving health and wellbeing within the North London community.
*Your key responsibilities will be to:*
* Seeing patients, ensure their records are kept up to date.
* Working in a busy crisis assessment center.
* Participating in ward rounds with more senior doctors to assess and review patients' care plans.
* Liaising with the multidisciplinary team.
* Ensuring proper documentation and updating patient records.
* Conducting patient assessments, taking medical histories, and performing physical examinations.
* Assisting senior doctors and consultants in the diagnosis and management of patients.
* Continuing responsibility for the care of patients in your charge, including all administrative duties associated with patient care (with secretarial support)

* *Start date*: ASAP - no end date, this is on-going the client will accept short term contracts

* Valid GMC

* Clinical attachment complete – We do not offer placements in the NHS
* Minimum of 3-6 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
