An exciting opportunity has become available for a Properties Reconciliation Clerk who is used to capturing bulk payments and can draft detailed reconciliations. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing Utility Payments onto the Truworths Property System (TPS) (monthly);
- Reconciling Landlord Statements to TPS (monthly);
- Handling Landlord queries – Telephonically and via e-mail (daily);
- Liaising with Landlord’s to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily);
- Calculating Annual Rates increases / decreases (daily);
- Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves);
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Matric;
- Minimum of 3 years Finance/Clerical experience;
- Strong reconciliation experience essential;
- Property reconciliation experience advantageous.

- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Strong numeric skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Able to prioritise and multi-task;
- Able to work with tight deadlines;
- Good communication skills.
