We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth and optimise our presence across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and other relevant marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and big advertising accounts, with a proven track record of delivering results .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales on online marketplaces.
- Manage and optimise SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and attract qualified customers.
- Oversee large paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and social media to maximize ROI.
- Analyse and manage big ad accounts with high budgets to ensure efficient and effective spend across all channels.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Manage team budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing large ad accounts with proven success in optimising online marketing campaigns with high budgets.
- Proven experience leading and managing digital marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques .
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, social media analytics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
