- Staff management

- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Asian cuisine and premium dining operations is advantageous
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Salary: R25,000 - R28,000 per month.
