Position: Business Development Manager / Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Hours: UK Business Hours (flexible)
Salary: £1,500 per month (negotiable based on experience) + uncapped commission (OTA £1,500 per month)

Duties & Responsibilities
The Role:
As our Business Development Manager/Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base. You will identify and engage UK-based businesses looking to hire skilled, remote staff in South Africa, showcasing the immense value and cost-efficiency we provide.

What You'll Do:
- Prospect and engage UK-based clients who need remote talent solutions.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers.
- Demonstrate how hiring remote staff in SA can positively impact businesses.

- Contribute to agency growth, with potential to lead and develop your own team.
