Key Responsibilities: - Data Entry and Management:

- Update and maintain data records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, safety, and other key metrics.
- Compile statistical summaries and insights to support operational decision-making.
- Quality Assurance:
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries.
- System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Collaborate with IT or technical teams to ensure data systems are functional and up-to-date.
- Assist in implementing updates to data capture tools or systems.
- Team Coordination:
- Work closely with mining engineers, supervisors, and other personnel to collect necessary data.
- Provide data insights or clarifications to support team initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure data capture activities comply with industry standards and mining regulations.
- Support audits by preparing and providing required data.
Qualifications and Skills: - Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in data management, IT, or a related field are advantageous.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role; experience in the mining industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SAP, GIS tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of mining operations and terminology (preferred).
