Job Title: Head of Learning and Development
Location: Durban, South Africa
Contract: Permanent
Remuneration: R 634,613.00 per annum

Description:
The successful candidate will manage the Learning & Development (Technical II) section to ensure development and implementation of all technical training programmes for core divisions within SANBS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage the Learning Business Plan
- Implement Annual Training Plans
- Manage and Develop Staff
- Ensure Quality and Risk Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Biomedical Technology or equivalent
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion)
- 2 years' experience in blood transfusion
- 2 years' experience in learning and development, education and training functions
