THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO Content Specialist to join our team as a virtual assistant. In this role, you'll craft engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts and support account managers in implementing effective SEO strategies.
By combining your writing skills and keyword research expertise, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' content drives measurable results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- SEO Blog Writing : Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized blog posts aligned with client goals.
- Keyword Research Assistance : Conduct detailed keyword research to provide account managers with actionable insights.
- Content Optimization : Support account managers by ensuring all content aligns with SEO best practices and target keywords.
- CMS Work : Upload and optimize content across CMS platforms, including WordPress, Kajabi, Squarespace, and Webflow .
- Collaboration : Work seamlessly with account managers using tools like HubSpot, Slack, and Monday.com to streamline workflows.
- Performance Monitoring : Assist in tracking blog performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying areas for optimization.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in SEO content creation (please provide samples).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, and Monday.com , as well as familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Kajabi, Squarespace, and Webflow (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating remotely with a global team.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not always required):
- Fields: Marketing , Journalism , Communications , English , or Digital Marketing .
- Alternatively, a Diploma in Digital Marketing, Copywriting, or a related field could suffice, especially with relevant experience.
Professional Certifications (Optional but Highly Beneficial):
- SEO-Specific Certifications :
- Google Analytics Certification
- Google Search Console Certification
- HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
- SEMrush or Ahrefs Academy Certification
- Yoast SEO for WordPress Certification

Project Management Tools Familiarity :
