The incumbent resource / contractor or Service Provider must have 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise applications in conjunction with the relevant OEM service providers and internal business customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, including expertise in networking, security, infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Management, support, and delivery of Application services
- Manage the portfolio of applications assigned
- Manage escalations, incidents, problems, changes related to these applications
- Ensure regulatory requirements are adhered too (GxP)
- Work with Service Providers, supplier and other consultants in Group Digital Technology
- Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly
- Take full responsibility for business analysis within the integration and assigned application segment
- Manage the ESB platform, leading incident resolution, managing budgets, SLAs, and vendor contracts, and reviewing and signing off on new integrations
- lead P1 incidents for assigned applications
- Attend weekly operational meetings with the vendor
- Manage changes, upgrades, certifications, and enhancements
- Create and manage the budget and subsequent payments and recharges
- Manage all vendor SLAs related to in scope applications
- Manage the vendor, including contract reviews, SOWs, and MSA
- Ensure the qualified status of the IBM MQ platform is maintained
- Lead integration efforts using IBM MQ
Qualifications, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
- Pharma regulatory experience beneficial (GxP)
