A growing business in the heart of London City is seeking an Office Manager & Receptionist to join their busy team. They require this position to be in the office 5 days a week and are keen to find someone who can hit the ground running!
Your new role
- Managing and overseeing Reception area
- Preparing and issuing passes
- Distributing post
- Organising catering where required and booking taxis
- Conducting H&S assessments
- Ordering stationery and office stock
- Monitoring office budget at all times
- Booking contractors and suppliers where required
- Escalating contracts/agreements when needed
- Organise office events
- Order equipment for new starters and assist with onboarding
What you'll need to succeed - Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week
