The Role:
- Manage the full payment process, including vendor payments, subcontractors, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing, with thorough verification of vendors and bank changes.
- Collaborate with Internal teams to approve invoices and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Forecast cash flow, resolve payment discrepancies, and produce regular financial reports.
- Keep records updated, resolve queries, and handle ad hoc finance tasks.
