General Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements - Must have experience within hospitality at General Manager level
- Responsible for leading and developing the team
- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
- You ll be dealing with budgets, rotas, stocks etc. so your planning and organizational skills need to be strong
- Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
