Pick Everard have an opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Bristol. You will work to ensure projects are delivered to the right scope of time, quality and budget. You will manage contracts, prepare designs and reports, feasibility studies, and contract documents, liaise directly with Clients and Contractors and carry out building analysis and provide system design calculations. You will supervise a growing team of engineers and technicians and assist in management of project resources and costs. \

About You\
\
This role will suit a Senior Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) who has strong experience working on a variety of projects within the built environment.\
Our ideal Senior Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) must have: \
<ul>\
<li>HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification</li>\
<li>Knowledge of construction industry design processes, procurement arrangements and current legislation e.g. Building Regulations</li>\
<li>Awareness of electrical services principles and knowledge of H&S / CDM requirements</li>\
<li>Heating-, cooling-, ventilation and domestic water services system design experience</li>\
<li>Mechanical design software experience</li>\
</ul>\
It would be nice for you to have: \
<ul>\
<li>Chartered Engineer (CEng) with post chartered relevant experience, or IEng, BEng or similar with post incorporated relevant experience.</li>\
<li>Business development, resource planning and management experience</li>\
<li>Knowledge of specification writing / NBS Engineering</li>\
</ul>\
