Structural Design Engineer- Kempton Park
Please note - the Successful candidate must be willing to work 7am - 6pm Mon - Fri. And work well under intense pressure.
Responsibilities
• Design of Structural Steel and Reinforced Concrete.
• Review drawings.
• Compile engineering reports.
Requirements:
• BSc, BEng in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the design of structural steel structures and reinforced concrete.
• Design of concrete foundations and compiling rebar schedules.
• Geotechnical report interpretation.
• Good understanding of international loading codes i.e ASCE, BS-EN, SANS, SBC, IBC will be advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Prokon and Excel.
• Experience with SolidWorks FEA analysis will be advantageous.
