The Legends Agency - South Africa is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Blackheath, Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects, including both new construction works and alteration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are controlled and in line with expectations. Ensure all documentation is prepared in compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the financial and contractual status of projects, including cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget variances. Report directly to senior management on project progress and financial status.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Job Type: Permanent - Full-time
Salary: R350,000 to R390,000 per year
