Our client, a technology business providing services to financial service customers, is hiring customer service advisors for their team for their office in Newcastle.
Working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday on a rolling shift basis. There may be some evening and weekend work but shifts are shared amongst all team members.
The role:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date and are accurate
- Provide customer service
Requirements and skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good eye for detail
