Gi Group are recruiting for a Site Administrator working for a major Salad production company in Lichfield (WS13)
FREE Transport provided from Burton (DE14) Lichfield & Tamworth (B79)
Working Schedule:
4 Shifts On 4 Shifts Off (Fixed Shift Patterns)
Day Shift: 05:00 – 17:00
Rates of Pay:
Day shift: Basic Pay £ 12.46 per hour with Overtime Pay paid at Time & 1/2 (£ 18.69 per hour)
Overtime Premium after 48 Hours
Your time at work:
Our client on-site admin deals with payroll checks, shift build-up, holiday processing, manging equipment stocks. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic as well as excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills. We're looking for individuals who are excited about the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, training will be given.
Key information needed to fulfil the role:
· Experience preferred but training provided.
· Computer literacy
· Reliability
· Good English level, writing communication.
· Good time management
· Attention to detail.
· To have a “Can do” and charismatic attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Checking and amending daily timesheets, based on the production team input.
· Creating, amending, and updating shift rotas, based of sicknesses, holiday leave, etc.
· Holiday management.
· Management of protective equipment stock.
· Achieving the daily deadlines.
Skills:
- Computer literacy, use of Microsoft office tools.
- Able to prioritise tasks.
- Working to deadlines & Time Constraints.
- Observation and recording skills.
- The ability to work on your own & part of a team.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
