Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing of related field
* At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in web, social media and emerging technologies
* Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
* Experience in the consumer goods industry (FMCG) will be a advantage

* Strong industry knowledge, including market trends, consumer behavior and competitor positioning
* Proficient in Marketing Principals and market research techniques
* Understanding of key marketing performances metrics and tracking tolls
* Proficiency with technology, including social media, analytics, SEO, email marketing etc.
* Skilled in presenting and analyzing data, with the ability to create actionable reports
* Resourceful, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast phased environment
* Confident, decisive and proactive with willingness to take initiative
* Hands on approach to marketing and communication across the business
* Creative thinking and not afraid to challenge briefs, ideas or plans in the best interest of the brand
