Key Performance Areas:
- Lead resource planning to ensure deadlines are met and smooth client onboarding.
- Gather key financial data (bank statements, third-party documents) for accurate reporting.
- Oversee monthly bookkeeping, management accounts, and payroll to keep everything running smoothly.
- Prepare annual financial statements (primarily IFRS for SMEs), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Calculate VAT, PAYE, and manage monthly SARS compliance for multiple clients.
- Ensure clients stay fully compliant with CIPC, DoL, and SARS regulations.
- Keep up to date with the latest tax developments and apply them effectively.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
- AGA(SA), SAIPA, or CIMA membership (preferred).
- A BCom degree or equivalent qualification.
- Completed articles (advantageous).
- Strong technical skills in accounting and tax principles.
- A passion for excellence and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
