Description
Oversee team performance by providing leadership, coaching, and support to achieve individual, team, and business targets. Must have a good understanding of sales techniques and motivate employees at all times.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
- Optimize sales and conversions
- Coach, mentor, and manage objections
- Ensure agent compliance with industry best practices
- Provide feedback on agents
- Ensure smooth team workflow
- Alert management of issues
- Provide daily direction and communication to employees for timely, efficient, and knowledgeable client calls
- Continually evaluate processes and procedures, suggesting improvements for area operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers
- Provide regular statistical and performance feedback and coaching to each team member
- Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement
- Be available for employees with work and/or personal problems, providing coaching, counseling, direction, and resolution
- Ensure employees have necessary training and resources to perform their jobs
- Respond to and resolve employee relations issues
- Create and maintain a high-quality work environment to motivate team members
- Work on special or ongoing projects for area/process improvement
- Share responsibility for managing employees, ensuring efficient and effective call handling
- Establish work procedures and processes supporting company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives
- Use judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2-3 years sales experience
- Familiarity with sales processes, techniques, and technology
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office applications and G-Suite)
