With over 30 years of industry experience, this company is known for delivering high-quality projects from start to completion. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.Your new role
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, and conducting site visits and inspections. You will also be involved in estimating and procurement processes, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field are preferred, such as an HNC/D in Building Services, though this is not necessary.Commercial experience is essential.A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
