We are seeking a Level 3 Production Operative to enhance team efficiency on the production line. Your primary responsibilities will include training and supporting colleagues, as well as optimising output and results.

Key Responsibilities
Mastering machinery and production line operations.
Validating machine performance and addressing any gaps.
Monitoring line performance and conducting product or equipment tests.
Operating machinery to standard specifications and maintaining documentation.
Training production staff on your line.
Providing holiday and absence cover for Team Leaders when necessary.
Completing qualifications to support equipment performance and reliability.
Conducting hourly reviews on performance boards and ensuring efficiency.
Documenting hazards, risks, or potential 'close calls' accurately.
Maintaining the work environment to company standards.
Taking ownership of performance.
Facilitating strong communication between cross-functional teams.
Conducting risk assessments.
Adhering to all company policies for yourself and your team.
Supporting project implementations.
Providing constructive feedback to your line.
Assisting production teams in weekly hygiene activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Level 2 Food Hygiene training.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Understanding of HACCP principles.
Polite demeanour and ability to work well in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional appearance.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Familiarity with high-speed food processing/packaging equipment.
Shifts:
Week 1: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 4 x 12-hour shifts
Week 2: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 x 12-hour shifts
Salary: £13.49 per hour (days), plus £0.50 shift allowance (nights).
