We are recruiting a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client in Lincoln on a permanent basis.

Day to day -
Meeting and greeting customers.
Taking bookings over the phone and confirming email enquiries.
Create job sheets for the workshop.
Answer incoming telephone enquries.
Keeping customers updated with job progress.
Updating customer and job records onto the Keyloop system and any other duties as required day to day.
The company will be looking for:
Very strong organisational skills.
Ability to remain organised under tight deadlines.
Ability to deal with customers on all levels.
Good administration skills.
Ideally the candidate will have some experience in the automotive sector. This is not essential as the company will be happy to train up the correct person with the right attitude.
In return for the above, the company will offer a salary of £27,040.00 along with a discretionary performance bonus of anywhere up to £500.00 per month.
Working hours - 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday with one additional Saturday every month from 07.00 to 12.00.
The company are happy to invest in inhouse along with brand specific training for the right person.
