Job Title: Nursing Recruiter
Our client is seeking an experienced Nursing Recruiter to join their team. As a Nursing Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting nurses for the organization and also providing recruitment training to other team members. This is a full-time position that requires working in shifts to support the team that operates 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality nursing talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Provide recruitment training to other team members.
- Foster and maintain relationships with nursing schools, nursing associations, and other organizations to source candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, with a focus on nursing recruitment preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in shifts and support a 24/7 team.
