- Efficiently process and manage commercial lines non-motor claims
- Investigate and assess the validity of claims
- Negotiate settlement amounts and payments with clients and third parties
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to expedite claim resolutions

RE 5, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, Class of Business - Personal Lines
