- In-depth knowledge of FICA, FAIS, and relevant financial services regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
- Solid ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and present detailed management reports.
