Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday
Shifts allocated on a weekly rota basis, between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Typical shifts include: 06:00 - 15:00, 08:00 - 17:00, and 13:00 - 22:00, with a 1-hour break
Heavy lifting is involved

As a Food Production Operative, you will need:
2+ years' experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, ideally within the food or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control checks
Reasonable level of computer literacy to follow MES processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods during production
Role of a Food Production Operative:
Adhere to site safety and food quality standards at all times
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment
Move raw materials from picking locations to production areas, including operating MHE, counterbalance FLT, PPT, and pallet trucks
Operate loading, blending, and packaging line equipment to blend and pack powdered food ingredients according to specifications
Perform manual case packing and pallet stacking of finished goods, including manual handling tasks
Monitor process parameters (e.g., flow rates, blending times, packaging quality) to ensure product consistency
Conduct line start-up checks and routine equipment setup and maintenance to minimize downtime
Perform quality checks on finished products to meet regulatory standards
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Record production data accurately for traceability and quality control purposes
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
Use the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to scan raw materials and manage workflow
