- Independent handling of airfreight shipments including customs clearance and T1 forms
- Coordination of logistics processes: Communication with logistics partners, transportation planning, shipment handling, and full support through our customized transportation management system
- Communication with our customers and partners around the world
- Monitoring the entire supply chain from A to Z
- Completed commercial education (university, business school, freight forwarding training or equivalent)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good MS Office skills
- Several years of forwarding experience, preferably in airfreight
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resilience, accuracy and reliability
- Team player with a pro-active, solution-oriented approach
