In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, transforming ideas into tangible, one-of-a-kind prototype products that pave the way for finished designs.
Up to 38k, Working days Monday to Friday with early finish Friday, 23+8 days holiday, bonus
As a prototype technician, your duties will include:
- Build and fabricate unique prototypes using various materials and manufacturing techniques
- Interpret and work from CAD drawings and visual designs
- Develop and produce production-ready drawings
To be successful in the role of prototype Technician, the ideal candidate will have:
- Versatile hands-on skills in machining, fabrication, metalwork, joinery, welding, and more
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Relevant experience in industries like Point of Sale/Retail Display, model-making, signage, exhibition stands, or similar fields
- Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering drawings
