Duties
- Co-ordinate and carry out all activities associated with the maintenance activities schedule of works at the Sawmills Road site, including and not limited to;
- Cleaning of company Air Handling Units (AHU) system
- Maintaining company structure and fittings
- Completing renovation work within the company
- Perform company fire alarm checks
- Perform ladder checks every 6 months
- Maintain BMS programming
- Lawn mowing/grass cutting/pruning hedges & shrubs
- General handyperson duties
- Occasional driving duties
Experience
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical work
- Manual Handling
- Hot Work Permits
- Working At Heights
- Health and Safety
- Method statements and risk assessments
Skills/Certifications
- Good knowledge of electrics, plumbing and carpentry
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
- Proficiency in machine repairs and preventative maintenance
- Full UK driver's licence (preferred)
- NVQ in electrical work
- MEP certification
