Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial management, and driving the financial performance of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to aid decision-making at the senior management level.
- Manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior financial role
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
