Requirements
- Diary and appointment management
- Answering incoming calls
- Cash and credit card payment and receipting
- Creating patient files
- Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
- Efficiently liaise between patients and dialysis appointments
- Document and update authorisations
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- General administration
- Maintain efficient patient service
- Maintain confidentiality of doctor, staff, and patient information
- Assist in any marketing initiatives or requirements
Qualification - Matric
- Medical reception experience essential
- Medical software knowledge is an advantage
