RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
- Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
- Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal).
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
- Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Solutions-oriented and flexible.
INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
- Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
- A backup internet (10 Mbps) connection is required upon hiring.
