We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to take charge of telephone sales and Social Media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telephone sales to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Utilise Social Media to connect with potential clients, engage with prospects, and develop professional relationships.
Manage Social Media campaigns.
Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads from various channels.
Maintain an organised database of clients and prospects using a CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
Provide regular reports on outreach, leads, and sales performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telephone sales and/or Social Media outreach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in using Social Media for business networking and outreach.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools and sales software (preferred).
Must have a second screen
Must have a backup of approximately 14 hours in case of power outages
