They run a small yet efficient team, pride themselves on shaping a down-to-earth team culture, and maintain a complete solutions-driven client ethic.
They are now looking to identify a Project Administrator/QS for a $60M+ project commencing in the new year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing consents
- Managing minor variations
- Managing amendments
- Closing out building consents
- Site QS – site measurements
- Monitoring of RC and LUC
Key Background for this Role:
- Intermediate level QS experience gained from a commercial contractor or senior level project administration experience working on $30M commercial projects
- A strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systems
- Some knowledge and understanding of the development process
- An interest in learning the paperwork side and understanding RC / LUC and BC processes
- Strong administrative skills in sharing documentation, specifications, and controlling plan revisions
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral
Remuneration: $100K - $120K + vehicle
