Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury lodge environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and local culinary trends.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff effectively.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating beautifully presented dishes.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
