As a Sales Office Manager based in Epsom, you’ll be responsible for:
Lead, Motivate and develop a team of 6 across the Showroom and Sales Office.
Provide class-leading customer service and hit commercial and sales KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
You will be responsible for the sales, growth profit, margin, and service growth of an annual budget of multiple customers.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Experience working in a sales environment, managing accounts, and supporting sales strategy.
People manager experience with an encouraging and coaching management style
Skilled in relationship building both internally and externally.
A strong communicator with excellent negotiating and customer service skills
Plumbing and Heating experience is desirable.
