Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm who provide specialist legal advice, on the recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the companies EMEA region. You will be responsible for all general accounting tasks, assisting in the development and maintenance of procedures to ensure that they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a full time hybrid position, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Posting cash receipts daily onto an internal system.
- Assisting in the Trust Accounting process.
- Supporting reconciling bank accounts on a weekly basis.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting in the month end process creating and posting of month end journals.
- Providing support to the Finance Managers as and when required.
- Planning workload and meeting sometimes tight deadlines, working both as a team or independently where necessary.
- Working collaboratively to achieve results and process improvement, building internal and external contacts and communications to build relationships.
- Any other general administration and ad hoc reporting.
Skill required:
- Ideally you will have a background in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Preferable AAT or similar qualifications.
- You must have good IT skills with a strong understanding and evidence of using Excel.
