Remuneration
Salary: R26,000.00
Performance bonus
Medical aid: Classic Smart Option of Discovery for employee + 2 children under 18 (fully paid by the company)
Retirement Annuity: After completion of probation (6 months) 10% of the basic salary will be paid into RA benefit (paid by a company, no deduction for employee) Starting Date 15 January 2025
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Human resources specialists recruit, screen, interview, and place workers. They often handle other human resources work, such as those related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cooperation with personnel agencies
reselection of candidates
First contact with a candidate

Start of employment (working contracts)

POSITION PROFILE:
High School Education
At least 5 years experience in a Senior HR role
Very good knowledge of SA Labour Law, processes and procedures
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Native, Bilingual or High Advanced English language
