Qualifications & Experience :
- Extensive functional, technical, and strategic knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and integration techniques.
- Experience with SAP Ariba solutions such as Guided Buying, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Procurement Content (APC).
- Proven ability to manage release cycles, IT audits, and compliance reviews.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle both technical and business-focused engagements.
- Ability to define and implement integration strategies with a focus on SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design & Governance :
- Provide solution recommendations for SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Procurement Content (APC), Guided Buying, and Discovery.
- Design and govern SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring best practices and business alignment.
- Conduct documentation reviews of enhancement changes for release management.
- Release & Compliance Management :
- Manage release management changes for SAP Ariba solutions.
- Conduct compliance reviews through IT audit controls, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
- Manage quarterly SAP Ariba release management, conducting impact analysis and reviewing business processes affected by new features.
- Integration Management :
- Define and implement integration strategies, leveraging SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) or other middleware solutions.
- Conduct integration management reviews and ensure seamless connectivity between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Act as the primary liaison between the SAP Ariba business team and IM team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships within the Supply Chain business team and AMS Support.
- Provide support for digitization initiatives driven by the Supply Chain business team.
- Issue & Ticket Resolution :
- Manage the Priority 1 issue resolution process, collaborating with SAP Ariba Engineering and the SC business team to resolve critical tickets.
- Review Business Requirements Document (BRD) changes proposed by the business team and assist in their resolution.
