JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an upmarket Lodge in the Pilanesberg to recruit an experienced & qualified HEAD GUIDE to join their team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as a Head Guide or similar Senior position in a Luxury Lodge environment.
- Minimum FGASA Level 2 and completed Trails essential.
- PDP, First aid, DEAT for NW Province
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- PDP Driver's License (own vehicle beneficial)
- Guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
- Stable employment history and contactable reference
Salary: R15k – R20k depending on experience with live in benefits
Leave: 21 days on / 7 days off
