Administrator Temporary Role Wakefield Office Based
I am working with a client in Normanton to recruit an Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis. Experience is essential as you will be supporting during a busy period.
Duties include:
Reporting and data collationCoordination of all associated documentation, aligning to specific taskSupporting the maintenance of data in the CAFM system, ensuring accurate notes and documentsSupporting Support Services and Operations with all administration tasksUpdating trackers and systemsCreating and running reportsLocating and updating paperworkAssisting with the fleet managementCollating information and data for distribution.Ad-hoc tasks as required, including assisting other team members and managers.
You must have experience in a similar role. Helpdesk or Fleet Management experience would be preferred.
