Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic property management company in Henley-in-Arden. they are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team.
The responsibilities of the Credit Control Administrator include (but are not limited to):
- Producing and raising invoices
- Up keep of the invoicing system
- Preparations of client documents
- Query management
- Data input and maintenance of client data
- Calling tenants to chase on payments
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, copying
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.
- Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation.
- The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
- Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
