The perfect fit for this role?
A passionate cyclist with in-depth technical knowledge of bicycles, including components, brands, and the ability to assess repair needs accurately. You have 2–3 years of proven experience in customer service or claims handling, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, supported by references. If you’re eager to combine your expertise and love for cycling, this role is made for you!
Love late-night hours?
If you're a night owl, this position is ideal for you! Work from 4 PM to 1 AM and enjoy the freedom to structure your daytime hours however you like. It's the perfect balance for someone who values flexibility while being part of an innovative, dynamic team.
