What you will be doing
Create custom Salesforce triggers, pricing configurations, and reusable components optimized for scalability and efficiency on Trilogy's newly acquired CloudSense platform
Develop automation frameworks that reduce manual work, enhance workflow performance, and improve operational efficiency
Address and resolve technical challenges, documenting solutions in a structured format suitable for AI systems to autonomously provide future recommendations and resolutions
Attend calls with customers to ensure alignment on project tasks, provide updates on progress, and clarify objectives and priorities
What you will NOT be doing
Routine CPQ maintenance and basic system administration
Delegating technical tasks to a team of developers
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue through high-quality consulting engagements that ensure customer success with Trilogy CPQ's solutions
Candidate Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in CPQ consulting, development, or implementation roles
Professional experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
Ability to leverage AI for automation and process optimization, including integrating AI solutions via APIs and cloud platforms
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one Relational Database Management Systems (including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, or Microsoft SQL Server)
