Clinical Trials Volunteer Recruitment Call Centre Manager to provide leadership, training and coaching to our Recruitment Call Center team.
- This is a full-time, clinic-based job in Drapers Yard, Leeds.
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends may be required, although infrequently)

This team
build and
maintain Fortrea's
participants database of healthy volunteers and patients for our clinical trials. They screen them to assess their suitability and identify the right trial opportunity for each potential participant.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING On a normal day, you will:

- Reporting directly to you, you will oversee a varied team of 10+ people, including supervisors, agents and coordinators.
- We'll trust you to provide strategic direction, leadership and perform full-cycle performance management (including recruitment, on-boarding, goal setting, managing KPIs, performance discussions, development and career progression, discipline conversations when needed.)
Contribute expertise to win new businessYou will be required to represent Fortrea at client meetings and will contribute your expertise developing solutions that help win new business and supporting the sales team with presentations and meetings.

YOU NEED TO BRING This is a
recruitment call center leadership job, embedded in a
scientific environment, with
client facing responsibilities.
Extensive
call center team leadership & line management experience is essential, but not necessarily in a clinical trials environment. We welcome applications from experienced people managers from healthcare, recruitment or other industries.
You are used to interact extensively with Top Leadership teams, so commercial acumen is critical. You are experienced talking with authority with sophisticated clients and designing solutions to customers (developing strategies, risk mitigation and contingency plans).
Qualifications - University/college degree (life science preferred)
