Job Role - Graduate Technologist
Location - Cheshire

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards are met across the site.
As a Graduate Technologist, your responsibilities will include:
-Collaborating with technical, NPD, and production teams as a key liaison.
-Supporting internal audits and ensuring the site is always audit-ready.
-Assisting with daily activities in the lab and participating in taste panels.
-Investigating product failures and identifying solutions.
-Working on projects alongside the Quality Manager to drive innovation and maintain -excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
-A degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
-A strong drive and passion for the food industry, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
-Exceptional communication skills to effectively connect with cross-functional teams.
-An understanding of technical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality benchmarks in the industry.
Salary - 20,000- 25,000
