We are currently recruiting a
Finance Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis to work for a well established business based near Swadlincote. This role will run for around 2 months with a possibility to extension, initially office based with
flexible working once up to speed with training.
Responsibilities
Processing
purchase invoices Gaining authorisations
Updating
supplier details
Organising
payment runs Liaising internally and externally
Looking at discrepancies
Reconciling supplier accountsIdeal Candidate
Previous experience within a
purchase ledger function
Team player
Able to work to deadlines
Organise own workload
Good working knowledge of
Excel Good attention to detail.
This role will start in January 2025
